President Obama needs to stop using his power and influence as president to tell all of America how to vote. It’s dictatorial and controlling.
Obama who talks freely about the doom and gloom perception of America espoused by Donald Trump is engaging in the same doom and gloom strategy by fear mongering to voters about Trump’s mental state. Not fit to run, not fit to be president, says who in a free and open democratic society? Anybody can grow up to be president, remember?
Obama had eight years to make a difference. Better that he spend the remainder of his last term making up for lost time, instead of vicariously running for president again – this time against Donald Trump.
Keep your bad blood to yourself. It’s ugly to see you stoop – as POTUS – just to get even. We need a president now. Be that person and stop the insanity with Trump. People are beginning to see how easily Trump gets under your self-professed thick skin and the thick skin of Hillary Clinton.
What’s most offensive is the use of a Muslim family as a recruitment tool for other Muslims wanting to martyr themselves – why not for us rather than against us?
At the DNC a father lamented that had Donald Trump been president, his son could not have martyred himself as a human shield to save other soldiers, since they wouldn’t have been in the USA.
I would have preferred a more antiwar sentiment, seeking peace over sacrifice. Instead we got a Pakistani family whose mission it was to take down a major USA political candidate, before the entire world, with no plan except the destruction of a person. How rude.
In America anybody can grow up to be president or choose to martyr themselves in defense of the nation. One isn’t any more or less worthy than the other.
