Right now as I write, there are thousands of young women and children being drugged and raped by their trafficking handlers to be sold into slavery, right here in the USA. It’s happening in Cleveland, Ohio, and even in the building where I live. There are not enough allocated resources to handle the volume of cases yet to be discovered.
And yet, congressional democrats in Washington DC think it’s a more prudent utilization of time and resources for the FBI (Federal Bureau Of Investigation) to get into their time capsule machines and time-travel back to 1972 to peep on who was getting into whose pants in high school, for the purpose of coddling and appeasing those who wish to block a Supreme Court Justice nominee by calling into question the moral fitness of said person who allegedly groped a teen apparently of the opposite sex, while at a high school party, where there was underage drinking.
If this is the future litmus test for Supreme Court nominees or any other position, you might as well disqualify all men from consideration.
It appears that the underlying motive for creating this ‘high school boy and girl’ sex spectacle is to assure in the future that only women get nominated to these powerful positions. Both teenagers were underage at the time, which means the FBI would have needed parental permission to delve into the sexual behaviors of their respective teenage children.
Whatever is discovered by the FBI by time-flying back to 1972 will not be credible enough to use in a court of law. It will all be heresay from 36 years ago. If it’s not credible enough to be used in a court of law to prove there was a crime committed, when a sex act did not occur, but even if it did, who is to say whether it was consensual or not consensual, then it cannot be used to block a nomination. The FBI would then be rightly accused of colluding with congressional democrats to take down the current president’s nominee for the Supreme Court and replacing the president’s choice with a person the democrats want in that position. This takes away from the president his right to choose.
The process of approving a nominee is corrupted, when the opposing party forces the party members of the nominee to allow them to demand that the FBI investigate a situation where there was no crime committed in exchange for an up or down vote.
The timing of this allegation of groping points to the malicious attempt to malign a person’s reputation based on his political leanings and not his rabble rousing in high school. Do you all want your teen years to be held up for scrutiny by congressional democrats every time you apply for a job, a raise or a promotion? Do you want your teenage children to be forever tied to mistakes they may or may not have made in high school, just because someone sees an opportunity to destroy them 36 years later?
This is that slippery slope.
The FBI will be setting a precedent that can never be reversed.
Taking on an investigation of a high school party 36 years ago, where no crime was committed by the person who is being accused of groping and allegedly making someone so fearful of the grope that 36 years later she’s still publicly crying over it, will also malign the reputation of the FBI. The congressional democrats want only to destroy this person’s possibility of sitting on the court. They do not care who gets maligned in the process, or whose reputation it destroys. The end justifies the means for them.
Congressional democrats are not thinking rationally. I hope the FBI is.
According to news sources, and news sources say they never lie: the woman who testified was paid to date 700 thousand dollars by GOFUNDME accounts set up in her name. This is what needs to be investigated. She’s a doctor; she’s not poor nor in need of expensive surgery (she could afford it) – unless it’s the type of surgery not covered by insurance. This was a pay out for her performance.
