Being Granted Asylum For Domestic Abuse

The USA can’t be the babysitters of the world. Nor can they be the domestic abuse police of the world, taking in all families where the husbands beat the wives or otherwise oppress them. It is the society that oppresses. These abusive cultures need to work out their own human rights and abuse issues.

We have those same issues in this country. All these people from all these countries claiming to be abused, bring their abusive cultures with them. All they do is continue the abuse in a different place. It never ends till people rise up within their own cultures to address the issue. Going to another country is not the answer.

So how does a woman divorce a husband from another country while she is living in this country, and why is it our problem? The women are the ones who accept the conditions of their cultures. It is a worldwide problem. Moving people around from country to country is not solving anything; it’s creating more problems associated with culture shock.

This domestic abuse reason for illegally entering the country is a scam. Their husbands will arrive at a later date and they’ll all be reunited. The news stories got this one wrong. How do the people in the USA tell husbands of other countries not to beat or disrespect their wives and children? The same cultures that accept domestic abuse as normal already exist in the USA. Those men are already here by the millions.

Wake up to reality.

Wouldn’t you think that with all the Spanish-speaking countries and islands in the world, that Spanish-speaking people wanting to move elsewhere would choose a country that at least speaks their language? It doesn’t make any sense. They’re all bad? Unfit for human occupation?

Frankly, any parent who subjects their’s or anybody else’s children to the horrors, rigors and  life-threatening, humiliating experiences of traveling to parts unknown to enter a country illegally should be charged with child endangerment. Period.

More Thoughts On Illegal Immigration

The Southern border policy of detaining people who involve their children in a crime against the USA by entering this country illegally is called enforcement of existing immigration and asylum laws.

Separating children from adults is a common practice around the globe upon incarceration. That’s why they have juvenile facilities with boys separate from girls, and adult prisons with men separate from women. It is for the safety of the children and women.

When men are put in cages they rape. Everybody knows this. Nothing is done to stop it. When a man is convicted of a crime, rape is part of the sentence. Men rape men when there’s no women or children.

To put children in the same cages as men is cruel and unusual punishment.

These parents use their children to gain entry to the USA. These are not responsible, loving parents.

My question is where are the fifteen million illegal Spanish-speaking immigrants? Why aren’t they coming forward to claim their families as their responsibility? I thought they all have contacts in the USA. So where are they? Who is going to pay to house them, feed them, get them Spanish-speaking jobs, pay for their health care? The USA taxpayer.

Where will they work? They automatically go on welfare, because they have children? Does anybody even know if these parents really are the real parents of these children? Do they bring birth certificates with them? You mean asylum seekers don’t need birth certificates?

How will they get treated for the multitude of diseases they bring with them? Do they give out free condoms to all the men in with all the women? Even in Cleveland there’s a huge gonorrhea epidemic. It’s on billboards all over the city, on the sides and insides of buses, at RTA stations, even over the intercom, every so many minutes, while riding the bus one hears a loud burst from a person telling the riders to practice safe sex, then give a number to call for a free STD test. Drug-resistant gonorrhea is what they’re calling it. It’s recorded in English and Spanish.

I used to wonder why antibiotics were sold over the counter in Mexico. No prescription needed.

I used to think that Cleveland was a sanctuary city, because it has a large Spanish-speaking population that’s growing quickly. A while ago there was an article on Yahoo or some other news outlet listing all the sanctuary cities in the USA. I didn’t see Cleveland on it.

Staff infections, sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis, scabies, parasites, bed bugs, lice, cockroaches and more come across the border. How about small pox and other infectious and/or communicable diseases? Why do you think they have medical clinics set up at these centers? What other diseases aren’t they telling the USA taxpayer who is footing the bill for all this? I think we should have a say.

These kids are property to these unfit parents. To force these children into such stressful situations is immoral.

Do you know the culture they come from? Dog fights, cock fights, wife-beating, child exploitation, molestation, adultery, thievery, assault are all common to Spanish-speaking cultures. They bring their culture with them. They stay among their own in the USA, so nothing changes in the home when they illegally enter another country to set up housekeeping.

Who would think that Spain would be the European country that ends up dominating the planet? Island communities. All of South America, maybe except Brazil, which is primarily Portuguese. All of Central America, Mexico. Soon they’ll take over the USA, then move onto Canada. A Spanish Coup.

Is Canada opening their borders like everybody wants the USA to do? Yeah, right. They want us to absorb all the poor people of the world, so they don’t have to. A Spanish Coup

Canada has a great social security system. Maybe they don’t like the cold.

I got on an elevator the other evening and the Spanish woman already on it looked at me and within seconds grunted at me in such a way, while giving me the evil eye, that I thought for a few seconds that she was threatening to eat me, and was holding herself back. I never saw her before, so I don’t know if she lives here. I don’t ever want to cross her path again. I’ve heard that sound before coming from a boar who was devouring somebody in a movie. I since have heard it on the killing videos they circulate on Facebook.

There’s a lot of drug use in this building – strange shit. A lot of mental illness. Combine the two and you have an explosive situation. Right across the street at an upscale bar people come in late at night screaming full force saying the same thing over and over again. It’s scary. I don’t go out late at night.

One must wonder about the degree of drug addiction in people bringing their children into any country illegally, claiming they’re fleeing drug cartels. Do drug cartels burn villages? What would be the benefit?

I’m not seeing an issue about separating children from adults claiming to be parents. Prove it. So dad, uncle, granddad get an underage sex partner? So how are all these Spanish-speaking males sexually relieving themselves in these detention centers?

I don’t believe that no rapes have occurred. I don’t believe that diseases haven’t spread. Hepatitis, HIV? No? Can’t they get treated in their own countries? So they come to the USA?

For safety sake I would separate the people as they do in jails and prisons. They took the risk, knowing they were breaking the law. They were going to use their children to break the law, enter a country illegally and if not caught would force that child to live as a fugitive, always looking over their shoulders for their entire lives. What parent would subject their child to that? An unfit parent.

Cure them of their diseases, then send them back and build a secure border – yes with a wall. Once a criminal always a criminal. It’s the mindset of forever living outside the law and the effect that has on societies that should be worrisome.

You can’t bring a dog who hasn’t had a specified series of rabies shots into the state of Hawaii or unless they have an official identifying chip. But the democrats in the USA are saying to Spanish-speaking populations, bring us your drug resistant gonorrhea and any other diseases you have, and yes your horrific human rights violating cultural practices.

This is really about Spain and how backwards they are as a nation and a people. This country and the people in it still celebrate the slow taunting, torturing and killing of a bull in a public arena for pleasure.

Why hasn’t Spain weighed in on the floods of Spanish-speaking people trying to illegally enter the USA?

I think refugees from the Middle East should flood Spain. It’s only fair. Why should one country absorb so many? Fifteen million illegals, that’s not counting all the legals. They wouldn’t have to travel very far.

‘Eating Animals’ producers Natalie Portman and Jonathan Safran Foer discuss…

Natalie Portman hasn’t eaten meat since she was nine years old. But it wasn’t until she read Jonathan Safran Foer’s “Eating Animals” in 2009 that she realized consuming dairy and eggs could harm animals too.

The book struck her so intensely that she instantly called up Foer and told him she thought the project would also work as a documentary. The writer and the actress had been friends for years, striking up a friendship after Portman — then a student at Harvard University — approached Foer after a Cambridge, Mass., book reading for his 2002 novel “Everything Is Illuminated.”

It took nearly a decade for the documentary, out June 22, to come to fruition, along the way picking up financial backing from Twitter co-founders Biz Stone and Ev Williams. Portman, now 37, eventually decided to serve as the film’s narrator, while both she and Foer, 41, share producing credits.

The film focuses on the evils of factory farming, though it doesn’t argue that eating meat is inherently problematic. “This is not a film that is for the vegan abolitionist,” said director Christopher Quinn, best known for his 2006 film about Sudanese refugees, “God Grew Tired of Us.”

“It’s really for anyone who wants to have an understanding of where their food comes from. And I understand why it’s easier for people to turn away. I was one of them. No one wants a finger-wagging about how you eat. People don’t want to change because our lives our busy and complex. It’s a hard thing to ask of anybody.”…

GAYLE KING – expert on what white people think

Gayle King on CBS morning show – your world in 90 seconds – apparently knows better than white people what these so-called white people think.

A focus group on race comprised of mostly blacks was asked a question: If a black couple goes into an empty restaurant and the host seats them at the back of the restaurant – presumably near the restrooms and kitchen –  what does the black couple think? Blacks responded with indignation. The answer was of course they’d be offended. The restaurant is empty, why seat us here?

Now the next question was the same, except it’s a white couple in an empty restaurant seated by the host in the back presumably near the restrooms and kitchen. What do the white people think? The blacks jumped in not allowing any of the white people to express themselves. They answered oh, they’d think, look we’ve got the whole restaurant to ourselves. No indignation. Happy they were – the whites.

Later when the show returned to Gayle King and she summarized, she said she loved that part of the discussion – about black and white couples in the restaurant and how they perceive where they’re seated differently. Regarding the white people’s perception, that was given by black people, that they’d somehow think it was cool to be seated next to the restroom and kitchen, because they had the whole restaurant to themselves, Gale King said, “that is so true”.

No Gayle King, it is not true, and that just shows your ignorance and arrogance about what you claim to know about what white people think. They ask a question about blacks and whites and they have the blacks answer for themselves, and then answer for the whites too. The two white news anchors sitting with Gayle King: Norah O’Donnell and John Dickerson said essentially nothing.

I can guarantee you that if Norah or John were shown to the back of any empty restaurant and seated next to the restroom or kitchen they would be outraged and indignant. They would not think it was cool that they had the whole restaurant to themselves. Both white and black would have felt the same way. This did not demonstrate how blacks and whites think differently, when blacks answered for themselves plus answered for whites. All it showed was how blacks think and how blacks think whites think. And then that process was copied by the three stooges on the stage after the fact of the focus group. This is not a conversation or a discussion. It is blacks talking black. The whites were tokens in the group.

Usually, people with children get seated at the back of the restaurant, but even so, many times in the past Steve and I when alone were seated there, and no we didn’t like it and yes we made an inquiry. It seems we didn’t look rich enough, or maybe they just didn’t know us or maybe it was something else. But waiters instinctively know that most people don’t like bad seats. Waiters don’t like bad seats when they dine out. Hosts are the same.

Color blindness came up and I already made my views known a long time ago about that. I pay attention to all colors, shapes and sizes. Hues, nuances, shadows, the whole thing. I am not blind to gender, race or religion. I can see a disabled or handicapped person. I can see every species of every animal, every leaf, flower, cloud, star, it’s all there. I’m an artist. I take it all in. Even though you may think you’re special because of your color or some other self-proclaimed attribute of your culture, to me we’re all on the same canvas. I’m not going to purposely see your color or appreciate the culture that you claim goes along with that color just because you want special attention based on mostly prejudicial variables. Most people don’t care about color, it’s the way people act that matters.

One black guy says, yeah, because of our color they see us coming. He failed to say that because of white people’s color, black people see them coming. It works both ways.

See me. See me? One woman on that panel saw too many psoriasis medication commercials for sure. I was shocked actually to hear that she wanted all white people to see her for her color and her culture and appreciate both. Blindly, you mean, without even knowing you first? Now that’s a discriminatory expectation. Accept me as I want you to accept me based on my color and my culture? So not based on your individuality and who you are as a person? Because right now I’m seeing racist written all over your color and your culture. If your color makes you who you are, then you’re a bigot. If your culture, that never got described by any black in this group, defines you instead of you defining it, then you’re enslaved by your own people and their ways, whatever those mysterious ways are.

So blacks don’t want to be individuals. That’s why they always say ‘we’, when referring to something they want. That’s why they refer to white people as all thinking the same way, in unison, like they do. The color and the culture are one and all those falling under those same categories are one, not millions of individuals, but one color, one race, one group, one voice.

That’s troublesome and worrisome to this individual woman with the DNA heritage of about twenty different regions of the world. That I’m just a white woman who needs a black group and black culture to tell the world what I think, makes me wonder if that whole focus exercise and the plight of black lives terrorists is to change white-minded people into black-minded people, so blacks can rule the planet as one color, one culture.

So, were there any handicapped people in the group? No people with disabilities allowed to share their views? Restaurants hire people with disabilities. Maybe not the one featured, and maybe that should be an issue. But it’s common knowledge how blacks in general feel about those with handicaps, regardless of color or culture – they see them as weak and unworthy. That black ball player who took up two handicapped parking spaces so that his expensive car wouldn’t get scratched was disrespecting all people with physical challenges.

That is what should have made the news and been the focus, but blacks didn’t care anything about that, and neither did any of the news shows. All they saw was a privileged somebody disrespecting the handicapped get tasered. He’s lucky that’s all he got for keeping his hands in his pockets when the police said to remove them, thinking he may be armed and wanting to kill a police officer. After all he disrespected those who can’t fight for themselves. Now he wants to sue for millions of dollars so it doesn’t happen to anybody else.

What about the disrespect of the handicapped? Oh that stuff doesn’t matter. So with all his millions he would do the same again, so how is he changing behavior with all his money that needs more money to keep changing nothing?

Did he change his view about handicapped people? Does he now see that he is not superior to them or anyone else, just because he’s rich and has a fancy car and can throw a ball into a hoop? Is he going to buy some handicapped people motorized wheel chairs and automobiles to make up for his prejudice against them? Physically challenged people drive, that’s why they have parking spaces designated for them.

So this black-colored guy with a black culture who hates handicapped people, would run them over if they fell in the street if he thought they were in his way. And all the white people are supposed to appreciate the color associated with that culture? Is he going to give lectures to all his black people on the worthiness of those with physical challenges?

He’s raising money for black lives terrorist groups. It was set up. He saw an opportunity and took it. He wanted to get beaten up. That’s my view.

The focus group too. It was a set up. Each time the whites got a chance to speak they did it in disparaging tones toward themselves, and in apologetic, conciliatory, surrendering ‘we have to do better’ terms, putting all the onus on themselves for whatever complaints were being lodged against all white people, by a few black people in a made for T.V. focus group in the name of all black people and their culture.

They were all coached on what to say, and when. That’s how focus groups are designed. With this one, they made the white faces and white culture (whatever that means) guilty as charged by the blacks and black culture. They were tried, convicted and publicly humiliated. They were socially engineered into surrendering to all black people.

Black lives terrorists do it again – hijack a show about restaurant etiquette to make their demands public. Hey, the guy who owns the restaurant says that where he came from in the Middle East he was never exposed to race. Only in America was he exposed to race. He must be like black people say they are – they all think with one thought and one voice. Then why are blacks so aggressive and Muslims so unhappy if this one thought one group one voice works so well? Oh you can be sure that he saw and heard of lots of prejudice, discrimination, enslavement, torture and slaughter where he came from. Why else would he be in the USA?

The purpose of this Black Lives terrorists charade? To make Gayle King happy? She was squirming in her seat happy.

As far as the black face wanting me to see black culture when I look at it. No thanks. I know who you are by your actions – individually. And I know that you act in unison with all people of your same color and culture, when you’re talking about people who are not your color nor of your culture. The color doesn’t interest me – though I do see through it – I don’t let other people paint my pictures nor my views for me. Neither should anybody else.

When you think too much about the color of your skin, you’re not thinking enough about your character.

We’re all different breeds of the same human animal, by the way.

Most of us are mixed breeds.

It’s best not to state or even imply your superiority over any other breed within your own species or any other species, or to state your superiority over those of any species who live with physical challenges. It’s just not the proper way to think or to act.

Being proper means being considerate, it doesn’t mean accepting blindly a color or breed based on an unknown culture.

Colors aren’t destroying the planet; the cultures are doing that. Clean up your bad cultural habits and color won’t matter. You choose to make your own color stand for what you want it to stand for. Don’t blame others for not wanting to be a part of it, when violence is how it begins, how it continues and how it ends.

CBS needs to clean up their ‘cure a prejudice with another prejudice’ act and to stop feeding white people to black people on T.V. It’s barbaric.

HuffPost Perversions

“The Joy Of Watching Harvey Weinstein’s Perp Walk

There’s a delicious schadenfreude in seeing a powerful abuser finally held accountable.”

Definitions:

Schadenfreude: Pleasure derived from another person’s misfortune (German). Or French “love of cruelty,” 1888, from French sadisme. Or sadism (English).
Perp: Perpetrator of a crime.

Q. What kind of writer pairs the word ‘delicious’ with sex offender?

A. A pervert.

It’s inappropriate to eroticize or romanticize the slaughter or the cooking of animals, most recently done by Turkish chef Nusret Gökçe nicknamed Salt Bae – precisely because so much pain and suffering is inflicted during the commission of the murder of these animals.

It is equally inappropriate for writers to eroticize criminal behavior. To connect a sex offender with food or a highly exquisite experience is offending to all senses except perhaps the perverted among us – precisely because so much pain is inflicted during the commission of those crimes. Harming others by denying them their freedom to choose their own fate is neither delicious nor exquisite, whether you’re the accused, the accuser, a witness or a commentator after the fact.

HuffPost statement: “We, the people of the internet, were engaging in a collective act of schadenfreude, and it was delicious.”

HWH response: I don’t know who “we the people of the internet” refers to, but this internet user does not find any joy, perverse or otherwise, in any action surrounding the accusers of crimes or the apprehension and arrest of those accused. It might be better to work at changing the rotted parts of a culture, rather than contributing to the rot. That starts with the communicators of the world.
“Engaging in a collective act”? “The Joy Of Watching”? A writer need not match the perversity of the crime with perverse analogies. It doesn’t work. It’s cheap, irresponsible commentary. Maybe changing the rotted parts of writing culture should also be a priority. These victims don’t need to know how much pleasure ‘you the people of the internet’ derived from their hurtful experiences.

Proof Of Enslavement

Much of the pain black people claim they feel is the result of being dependent on the group. That’s why you often hear them wanting to be king, queen, leader, ironically of the group.

Cut those cords. The group is responsible for holding you down, out and back.

Survival of the group identity, not your own personal identity, is the reason the leaders of the group corral you, herd you, enslave you as their’s to own, abuse, exploit. The goal of the group is to make you act in the best interests of the group, not in your best interest.

Groups do not think nor operate in terms of the interests of the group and the interests of the individual as being equal. There is no equality within the group. You’re all slaves. You are a tool, not a worthy independent person.

Free yourselves from your own and soar in your public and private life.

If you fear that independence, that is proof of your enslavement.

The Making Of A Royal. The Marriage.

The making of a Royal. The Marriage.

There were no politicians among the 600 member guest list to witness the legal union of Prince Harry and Megan Markle in Great Britain on 19 may 2018.

Often cited in the American press in the run-up to the event was that President of the United States Donald Trump was purposely left off the guest list.

Well, that was partly correct, but as per usual the press often leaves out the actual facts around a particular headline designed to sell news.

What the American press omitted was that all politicians, elected officials of any sort, were also not invited.

Two high-profile politically motivated Black African figures representing the Nations of Africa did happen to sneak in however, under the guises of billionaire weight watcher, Oprah Winfrey and Chicago preacher, Michael Curry.

A Black Lives Matter Terrorist from Chicago, using biblical quotes and quotes of black civil rights leaders from the past, designed through a royal wedding sermon a call to arms through the power of fire and then a call to sacrifice one’s own blood for the greater good, to heal the past, so the power of love can be found.

Offering one’s life up as sacrifice, to shed one’s own blood and the blood of others for the purpose of liberating those oppressed, didn’t sound much to me like the power of love he kept referencing as his own blood trickled then gushed from a mind of a minister meister gone mad.

That was one speech of a sermon that did not belong at, nor was appropriate for, a wedding of any kind. Politically motivated and racially charged. A sting operation. That the Black Lives Terrorist preacher gone rogue was so unprofessional, acting through his speech pattern like he wasn’t educated, must tell you something about his honesty.

Using biblical quotes to justify the letting of blood – no matter whose blood – is never a good idea nor a compassionate solution to any problem.

All politicians are actors and all actors are politicians. The church was overflowing with them.

This was another instance of Black Lives Matter hijacking a public event – this time a royal wedding.

HWH COMMENT:

With more than one billion active users on Facebook worldwide, there is no active head of security or head of an advertising program and no mention of the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) that conducts social experiments on Facebook.

Under each category of leadership there was no mention of advertisement nor security. Given that’s how Facebook makes its money, one might think those departments would be reflected in their prospectus. But neither are.

Would you want Mark Zuckerberg to be in charge of the security and privacy of over one billion people around the world, with no government oversight?

It’s About Standards Of Decency

There’s no law that compels a married couple to relinquish their personal freedoms and privacy rights upon one of them or someone in their family running for public office or becoming a public servant.

Servant does not mean slave.

Why don’t we as a people demand the same scrutiny of those who spy and pry into the private relationships of famous people? I’ll bet you’ll find some pretty seedy, disgusting and questionable daliances among those who prey for profit on the human frailties and vulnerabilities of those who serve.

Equal time. It’s time to turn the gun on the predator. Put your ugly face out there so we can all see the definition of slime.

It goes with the territory – the spying and prying? That’s the law? We the People want to see dirt on the hands and faces of public servants? And the Jewish free press delegated themselves the position of feeding them to We the People?

I thought the Jews had their own country. What are they doing trampling on some other country’s privacy and freedom rights? A group of people without decency decide to cannibalize public servants in foreign countries? To humiliate them? Why? Because it feels good? Oh, I get it – because you’re perverts? and can’t help yourselves?

You mean you get paid to be a pervert by another big wig pervert? And so the chain goes up the command to the top perve? Show me a face…You didn’t get this from me. I’m tired of being a pervert for some other pervert who gets all the fame and money.

These ownership rights that these peeping perverts think they have over other people, don’t exist except in the minds of the ones spying and prying and the judges who allow certain individuals to be stalked and peeped on, humiliated and terrorized, as fodder for the perverted among us.

You don’t get to make up laws concerning the privacy rights and freedoms of certain individuals, calling it, ‘it goes with the territory. No it doesn’t just because you say so or because that’s what people have done in the past. It isn’t your right to take anybody’s privacy or freedoms away. No person willingly gives up those rights as a condition of service to one’s country.

All individuals need to be held to the same standards. It is prejudical and discriminatory to expect different behaviors from different groups of people – no matter the group. A bartender needs to be held to the same standards as the owner of the establishment, a governor, a president. All the same. All equally responsible for the same level of standards of decency.

We are not a fair and just society if we hold different people in different jobs or different statuses to different decency standards.

Ariz. Romaine Tied to Nationwide E. Coli Outbreak

By E.J. Mundell HealthDay Reporter

FRIDAY, April 13, 2018 (HealthDay News) — You may want to think twice about that Caesar salad.

As a recent outbreak of serious illness from the E. coli stomach bug continues to spread across the United States, experts say romaine lettuce grown in Arizona could be the culprit.

Since the last update on Tuesday, “18 more ill people have been reported, bringing the total to 35 ill people in 11 states,” the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said in a news release issued Friday.

Overall, 22 people have been hospitalized with the E. coli O157:H7 strain, across 11 states. No deaths have occurred, but in three cases patients developed a type of kidney failure called hemolytic uremic syndrome, the CDC said.

Illnesses include nine cases in Pennsylvania, eight cases in Idaho, seven cases in New Jersey, two cases each in Connecticut, New York and Ohio, and one case each in Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Virginia and Washington.

The CDC says that, based on its investigation, “chopped romaine lettuce from the Yuma, Arizona growing region could be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7 and could make people sick.”…

Barbara Bush

The world needs someone to love.

The world needs a mother.

Rest In Peace Barbara Bush.

James Comey

This higher power that James Comey claims he answers to is one mean, vengeful son of a bitch.

May they both find the peace they seek.

Let The Chips Fall

James Comey, former Top Cop of the FBI fired by a president, tried to fix an election, then admitted it in a book he wrote, then said his subconscious mind did it without his awareness, then proceeded to tell detail by detail how his subconscious mind did it.

And you think Russia did this? Fixed the election?

A man trying to legitimize an election of a woman? He felt the need? Why again? Because he can read people’s minds and predict their consequent actions?

Stop making enemies. Work with Russia. Stop trying to rule the world through extortion, blackmail and bombs. The USA is the one acting like a mob boss.

Is Robert Mueller going to indict James Comey for intentionally influencing the outcome of an election? What? The statute of limitations ran out when he was fired? That doesn’t seem right if it’s true.

That’s what happens when you meddle. You never can predict the outcome.

Frankly, I think he did more than he’s admitting to – you know the rest of what his subconscious mind won’t let him remember. This is a huge cover up. He’ll admit to the lesser offense in his book written by him with the help of his subconscious mind to throw everybody off the trail of what he really did. I mean I don’t know what this guy’s capable of. He sure gets his feelings hurt easily for a Top Cop. I’m staying away from it. Let the chips fall.

Search and Seizure – Mark Zuckerberg

Where does the FOURTH AMENDMENT stand on unreasonable search and seizure of a person’s private papers and effects? Where does it state, under what provision, amendment, article or law, that ‘we the people’ have privacy rights? When it’s only the government that can be held accountable for violating our privacy rights, then what’s to prevent large corporations or entities from doing it?

That the Central Intelligence Agency has openly stated that they are a part of Facebook conducting social experiments on Facebook members may qualify Facebook as a government institution. In a letter sent to members stating that nobody complained about their presence as justification for them to conduct said experiments and studies [on unsuspecting members] and to continue doing it, seems to me to misinterpret a lack of complaints as agreement with their policies, procedures and methods… Most people are afraid to challenge anything the CIA does – after all they have a long history of threatening people with torture, money loss, family destruction, career bombs and more for questioning their motives regarding anything they do. Like terrorists they are above the law. Next thing you know, your dog dies. Or you get beaten up by a man on a skateboard waiting for you outside your apartment complex.

Fourth Amendment

FOURTH AMENDMENT: AN OVERVIEW

I. INTERESTS PROTECTED

The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides that “[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

The ultimate goal of this provision is to protect people’s right to privacy and freedom from unreasonable intrusions by the government.  However, the Fourth Amendment does not guarantee protection from all searches and seizures, but only those done by the government and deemed unreasonable under the law.

To claim violation of Fourth Amendment as the basis for suppressing a relevant evidence, the court had long required that the claimant must prove that he himself was the victim of an invasion of privacy to have a valid standing to claim protection under the Fourth Amendment.  However, the Supreme Court has departed from such requirement,  issue of exclusion is to be determined solely upon a resolution of the substantive question whether the claimant’s Fourth Amendment rights have been violated, which in turn requires that the claimant demonstrates a justifiable expectation of privacy, which was arbitrarily violated by the government.

In general, most warrantless searches of private premises are prohibited under the Fourth Amendment, unless specific exception applies. For instance, a warrantless search may be lawful, if an officer has asked and is given consent to search; if the search is incident to a lawful arrest; if there is probable cause to search and there is exigent circumstance calling for the warrantless search.  Exigent circumstances exist in situations where a situation where people are in imminent danger, where evidence faces imminent destruction, or prior to a suspect‘s imminent escape.

On the other hand, warrantless search and seizure of properties are not illegal, if the objects being searched are in plain view. Further, warrantless seizure of abandoned property, or of properties on an open field do not violate Fourth Amendment, because it is considered that having expectation of privacy right to an abandoned property or to properties on an open field is not reasonable.

However, in some states, there are some exception to this limitation, where some state authorities have granted protection to open fields.  States can always establish higher standards for searches and seizures protection than what is required by the Fourth Amendment, but states cannot allow conducts that violate the Fourth Amendment.

Where there was a violation of one’s fourth amendment rights by federal officials, A bivens action can be filed against federal law enforcement officials for damages, resulting from an unlawful search and seizure.  Under the Bivens action, the claimant needs to prove that there has been a constitutional violation of the fourth amendment rights by federal officials acting under the color of law.

However, the protection under the Fourth Amendment can be waived if one voluntarily consents to or does not object to evidence collected during a warrantless search or seizure

Mark Zuckerberg Justifies Peeping for Profit

Mark Zuckerberg Submits Opening Statement In Writing Prior To Testifying Before Congress…

…To the very members of congress who will be asking him questions regarding the illegal and immoral sharing of personal data of Facebook members.

How rigged is that?

The members of congress even told him what to say when he testifies.

How rigged is that?

I’m assuming here that many members of congress and their rich friends own stock in Facebook, thus should be recused from participating in and/or acting on behalf of their stockholders by watering down the gravity of Mark Zuckerberg’s offenses against members of Facebook who are led to believe that they have security and privacy, when they don’t.

Facebook sold that information. They made huge profits off of perversely peeping into the private messages of Facebook members. Mark Zuckerberg even knows which members he peeped on according to the nightly news reporting that Facebook would be notifying many millions of account holders that their private messages were compromised.

Intentionally compromised.

For Profit.

Tampering with the USA mail is a crime – a federal crime.

People don’t much send letters anymore. They rely on private services to communicate quicker and they are encouraged to do that.

We’re not talking hackers here.

We’re talking about the founder, CEO and Chairperson of Facebook himself who made these [what I call] criminal and immoral decisions for profit.

Full disclosure and transparency will never happen with Facebook as long as the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) is working the bowels of that ship.

Testifying before congress is a sham. Facebook’s stock tanked and the stockholders are going crazy losing all that money, so they want Zuckerberg to ease their money worries by apologizing to the victims of his peeping for profit scam.

Am I the only one who sees the corruption here? Zuckerberg acts like his form of corruption is necessary so poor people around the globe can gain access to his corrupt mail service.

Are you kidding? No one in impoverished nations is going to want to gain access to Facebook knowing they’ll be spied on and their personal data sold to the highest bidder as a common course of operating procedure.

All they’re going to do is try to sell you merchandise and services that you can’t afford anyway. But in addition, they’ll sell your privacy to anybody who has an interest in you.

Bad people…

…who will ruin your life if they choose, or hold over you for their own profit embarrassing stuff that no one has a right to know.

Before long people won’t feel at ease talking about personal issues in the privacy of their own homes.

Mark Zuckerberg over-bloats the importance of Facebook. He after all designed it by humiliating people. He’s a sociopath put in charge of your private messages and gloats about stealing and selling your private thoughts as a necessity.

He even now, while he’s supposedly under investigation, has gone so far up the pole that he wants you to start paying him for your privacy. Facebook just lost round about sixty-seven billion dollars in its stock value – a company that has essentially no overhead. How did they get that wealthy? He doesn’t manufacture a product. It’s all fluff. You can’t even contact Facebook when you have a complaint. Everything is done by automation.

What does his employees actually do, except spy on it’s members?

Now he wants you to pay him not to spy.

Just put your ads on Facebook. You don’t need to know what someone is saying to their friend. What, you think people private message about products for sale? They private message about private stuff. Private messages do not reflect nor predict buying habits. Stop with the lying and the insanity.

Zuckerberg’s net worth is 63.9 billion dollars. Again, what does he produce? What does he sell? How do you ship his product? What’s his overhead?

Facebook is one of the biggest scams of all time.

People lie on Facebook. They embellish just about everything – or just plain make stuff up. But somehow Mark Zuckerberg has convinced the advertising industry that they can take to the bank anything any Facebook member writes on Facebook – especially the private stuff…

…And he thinks it’s legal to tamper with people’s mail.

Peep for profit is evidently legal in the USA and congress evidently supports his actions – since they are treating him in a way that no other person being called to testify before congress would be treated, by allowing him free access to those individuals who will be questioning him before he’s questioned. The citizens of the world should have access to those conversations.

How rigged is that? Was there a court reporter present?

Does any truth come from anything as rigged as that?

Mark Zuckerberg Submits A Written Opening Statement And Conducts His Own Voir Dire (getting a feel for the people who will be judging him) Prior To Testifying Before Congress…

…To the very members of congress who will be asking him questions  and judging his actions regarding the illegal and immoral sharing of personal data of Facebook members.

Did he submit a notarized copy to congress?

In an opening statement each lawyer representing each client talks to the jury before witnesses actually take the stand. They are not held to the truth in any manner. They are allowed to omit, embellish, prejudice the jury members, say anything they want to say – and do.

So in absence of a trial, Mark Zuckerberg’s lawyers decided on a trial by public opinion, purposely designing it that way. They also, knowing they had the attention of the world, decided to tell the world of their plan to charge Facebook members for privacy. I guess now they’ll only sell private information of those who can’t afford to pay. So why again, does Madison Avenue want to sell products to those they know can’t afford to buy their product?

It’s a scam. Wake up FBI. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

It’s all a game using people’s intellectual material as their own – to sell to other people who want it, who then pay for it. Anonymously of course. Except you. You’re not anonymous. And why should their ads pop up in your message box, which is the same as a mail box?

THEY SHOULD BE PAYING YOU.

Stealing your intellectual material is copyright infringement. Whatever you write is protected by law.

Nobody has a right to look at it unless you give them that right. Nobody has a right to steal your intellectual material. Nobody has a right to sell your intellectual material. Nobody has a right to pay for somebody else’s intellectual material that isn’t their’s to sell.

How can you believe that it’s only for advertising purposes, when the people doing it lied about everything else? They knew they were doing something illegal, that’s why they kept their actions private. It didn’t work though did it?

The world does not need Facebook. It’s filled with lies. Nothing gets looked at, liked or shared unless it’s outrageous, or manipulated. People have to invent, create outrageous. The CIA creates too many posts as social experiments at the expense of leaving real people’s posts out of your news feed. It’s basically government and Madison Avenue trying to amuse you or abuse you into toeing their lines or destroying individuals they don’t like.

Any time I want to learn about a product I see on television or elsewhere, I never go to the corresponding Facebook page. I go directly to their website. Facebook pages tell you very little about a product. They’re too manipulated by Facebook.

One must wonder about all those Facebook suicides and what roles the CIA played in creating the on-line environment that resulted in those tragic deaths.

FACEBOOK IS A SEWER that needs to be eliminated. It grew into a monster because it was created and designed by a monster.

Mark Zuckerberg should not be getting special privileges from congress.

Why all the privacy around a meeting with those who will be questioning and judging him?

Because the government is involved. Any time the government is involved, the government protects the government.

Why isn’t the USA government raiding the offices of Facebook and Zuckerberg and everybody else involved? Seems like they’re giving them time to hide their self-incriminating evidence.

How rigged is that?

Websites are free these days. Easier to use, fewer restrictions. More space to be creative. Fewer complications. Facebook Pages are dinosaurs that have become extinct. Facebook forced me to create a page even though I didn’t have a business. They locked me out of my account until I created one. There was no one I could complain to. Then they want to charge me 5$ for each post so more people would see it.

At 5$ a post x 7 websites (1 post per day) x 365 days in a year = 12,775$.

I tried it once. Out of over 3000 people who liked my page, it only reached something like 35 people. Most of my posts reach around 5-10 people. These posts don’t fly by themselves. They’re placed.

Who can afford it? Evidently big businesses. But does it work? Just because it lands in somebody’s feed doesn’t mean they’ll see it. They might scroll right by it. So then Facebook manipulates the scroll, to make you look.

Nobody likes being manipulated. They went too far too long and now they’re gone. It’s a waste of precious time for the sole purpose of making some sociopath so rich he thinks he controls the planet.

ICE Raid At Meatpacking Plant Leads To 97 Immigrants Arrested

DEAD COWS

HWH SAYS:

THESE RHINOS ARE SO HAPPY ABOUT THE ‘MEATPACKERS GETTING BUSTED’ NEWS story THAT THEY’RE STACKING UP TO TAKE A LOOK – MAYBE THEY CAN JUMP THE FENCE TOO!! LOL (WHAT?!)

We thought they only picked fruits and vegetables. Now they’re packing animals too? They’re slaughtering them, then shipping them to PARTS UNKNOWN for Anthony Bourdain’s personal use? Now that’s a job everybody wants.

meatpacking – meat-processing. WHICH IS IT? WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

Animal Processing and Animal Packing facilities are protected by the USA government.

Nobody knows what really goes on there. The public is not allowed an up close and personal view – you know, like school kids get to go to dairy plants (actually bottling plants) to see how milk is made, actually how milk is bottled (not made). There are no school trips to a slaughter house now called a meat – not animal – processing plant for the purpose of sanitizing the act for public approval. Kind of like enhanced interrogation isn’t called torture, and death by enhanced interrogation isn’t called slaughter, but it really is.

“A slaughter plant breaks down the whole carcass into cuts of meat, whereas a rendering facility produces a variety of by-products.

There are two types of rendering facilities – independent and integrated.

An independent plant is one that picks up grease, blood, feathers and offal (internal organs and entrails) for further processing and development.

Integrated facilities are physically connected to the slaughter plant and operate in conjunction with each other.

The by-products of slaughter are used to make several essential products that fall into two categories: edible and inedible.

Inedible: tallow and grease for livestock feed, blood meal, soap and fatty-acids.

Edible: these plants process fatty animal tissue into edible fats and proteins. The only material that goes into these products (which are USDA and FSIS inspected) are fats from the animals carcass. THERE IS NO BONE OR OTHER INEDIBLE MATERIAL THAT ENTERS THE EDIBLE FOOD SUPPLY…Source

Bureau Of Labor Statistics list those who work in the industry as of May 2016 as:

51-3023 Slaughterers and Meat Packers

Work in slaughtering, meat packing, or wholesale establishments performing precision functions involving the preparation of meat. Work may include specialized slaughtering tasks, cutting standard or premium cuts of meat for marketing, making sausage, or wrapping meats. Excludes “Meat, Poultry, and Fish Cutters and Trimmers” (51-3022) who perform routine meat cutting. https://www.bls.gov/oes/current/oes513023.htm

So, these are government listed jobs with estimated hourly and yearly wages. Depending on state it could range from 18k to 33k annual income.

Yeah, so why are they hiding workers who aren’t plant-pickers? Looks like because they can. The slaughter industry is anything but transparent. What goes on there – what really goes on there – humans rarely see or even hear about. It’s a corrupt, evil environment that needs to see the light of sunshine.

For the activists who get in? and then report on it? They’re persecuted. Forever.

OPEN THE DOORS BOYS AND GIRLS.

Animal Processing COW Processing PANDA PROCESSING

Animal Rendering PIG Rendering REINDEER RENDERING

Animal Packing BIRD Rendering DOG PACKING

They’re Processing the LITHUANIAN for rendering and packing.

DEAD COWS

I can’t help but think of the families of all those enslaved, tortured, slaughtered, broken up, destroyed forever, by the Hand of Human Men & Women & Children who through their actions say, YOU DON’T MATTER BECAUSE WE DON’T CARE.

ICE Raid At Meatpacking Plant Leads To 97 Immigrants Arrested

Maria Perez, Newsweek Sat, Apr 7 12:01 PM EDT

Ninety-seven people were taken into custody during a federal immigration raid at a Tennessee meat processing plant on Thursday, civil rights activists told the Associated Press.

The raid, which took place at Southeastern Provision, a meat processing plant in Bean Station in Tennessee, detained 86 people for being in the country illegally and 11 others based on criminal charges, spokeswoman Tammy Spicer for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency told the AP.

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation Division, and the Tennessee Highway Patrol, executed a federal criminal search warrant at Southeastern Provisions.

During that search, HSI encountered 97 individuals who are subject to removal from the United States,” Spicer said in a statement sent to Newsweek…

Against All Odds, England’s Massive Chalk Horse Has Survived 3,000 Years | History | Smithsonian

SMITHSONIAN.COM JULY 6, 2017

If you stand in the valley near the village of Uffington in Oxfordshire, England, and look up at the high curve of chalk grassland above you, one thing dominates the view. Across the flank of the hill runs an enormous white, abstract stick figure horse cut from the chalk itself. It has a thin, sweeping body, stubby legs, a curiously long tail and a round eye set in a square head.

Great News – Marijuana’s effects on addicts’ relapse rates

Marijuana could reduce drug and alcohol relapses for addicts

Abby Haglage

Mon, Mar 26 8:59 PM EDT

The surprising way medical marijuana can actually help addicts.

Marijuana is now legal for medical use in 29 states, and it’s no longer a secret that the drug has medicinal benefits. It’s been shown to drastically reduce the number of seizures in children, diminish the effects of post traumatic stress disorder, and relieve nausea in cancer patients.

Marijuana provides several health benefits. Many of the drug’s benefits derive from cannabidiol (CBD), one of its more than 100 active components. Unlike tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the chemical that causes a high, cannabidiol does not have psychoactive effects — meaning that an individual can experience the medical benefits without having to experience the high.

CBD’s psychological and neurological benefits, like the ones mentioned above, have been known for some time. But this month, scientists may have found another, potentially groundbreaking advantage of the drug: a means of curb relapse rates in those suffering from addiction.

The findings appeared in a study published in the journal Neuropsychopharmacology that was conducted by a group of scientists at the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, Calif. To perform the preclinical trial, the scientists subjected rats to a daily intake of alcohol or cocaine that resulted in addictive behavior.

Once the animals showed signs of addiction, the researchers began to apply a gel containing cannabidiol onto the rats’ skin, once a day for a week. The addicted rats treated with CBD demonstrated not only less anxiety but also fewer relapses when confronted with situations found to trigger the addictive behavior as they recovered from addiction to either alcohol or cocaine. The researchers concluded that the treatment “effectively reduced relapse provoked by stress and drug cues” as well as “reduced anxiety and impulsivity.”

Friedbert Weiss, the lead author of the study and a professor in Scripps’s department of neuroscience, tells Yahoo Lifestyle that the outcome the team has observed is promising. “The results provide proof of principle supporting the potential of CBD in relapse prevention along two dimensions: beneficial actions across several vulnerability states and long-lasting effects with only brief treatment.”

The length of time that the effects seem to last was particularly heartening. Although the CBD treatment was ended after seven days, the rats showed reduced relapse rates for five full months afterward — an outcome the researchers called “quite unexpected.”

If it can be shown to produce a similar effect in human trials, it could offer major benefits for the millions of people currently addicted to drugs in the United States…

McConnell looks to complete hemp’s comeback as crop

McConnell looks to complete hemp’s comeback as crop

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell wants a full pardon for hemp. The Kentucky Republican on Monday previewed legislation seeking to free the plant from its ties to marijuana and let it take root as a legitimate crop.

McConnell said Monday, March 26, 2018, that he’ll introduce legislation to legalize hemp as an agricultural commodity.

March 27, 2018 Hemp — marijuana’s non-intoxicating cousin — would be removed from the controlled substances list under the bill he’s offering, McConnell said. The result would legalize hemp as an agricultural commodity.

“We’re going to give it everything we’ve got to pull it off,” the Senate’s top leader told hemp advocates in his home state. The crop has been grown on an experimental basis in a number of states in recent years, and Kentucky has been at the forefront of hemp’s comeback. Kentucky agriculture officials have approved more than 12,000 acres (4,800 hectares) to be grown in the state this year, and 57 Kentucky processors are helping turn the raw product into a multitude of products.

Growing hemp without a federal permit has long been banned owing to its classification as a controlled substance related to marijuana. Hemp and marijuana are the same species, but hemp has a negligible amount of THC, the psychoactive compound that gives marijuana users a high.

Hemp got a limited reprieve with the 2014 federal Farm Bill. McConnell helped push for the provision that allows state agriculture departments to designate hemp projects for research and development. Since then, 34 states have authorized hemp research, while actual production occurred in 19 states last year, said Eric Steenstra, president of the advocacy group Vote Hemp. Hemp production totaled about 25,500 acres (10,300 hectares) in 2017, more than double the 2016 output, he said.

Supporters said the bill would bring more certainty for farmers, agribusinesses and investors looking at the crop. “The goal of this new bill, should it become law, is to simply remove the roadblocks altogether,” McConnell said. “It would encourage innovation and development and support to domestic production of hemp.”

The crop, which once thrived in Kentucky, was historically used for rope, clothing and mulch from the fiber, hemp milk and cooking oil from the seeds, and soap and lotions. Other uses include building materials, animal bedding and biofuels.

Hemp advocates, who have fought for years to restore the crop’s legitimacy, praised McConnell for putting his political clout behind the effort. “This is a huge development for the hemp industry,” Steenstra said.

“Sen. McConnell’s support is critical to helping us move hemp from research and pilot programs to full commercial production.”…

Backlash over reactions to Hawking’s death

HWH commentary

I’ve often heard people at funeral homes remark that the deceased is free now – people who died who were not in wheelchairs. To some, life on earth is a torturous experience. Death is thought to free us. Free at last. The pain is gone. His suffering, her suffering, is over. The deceased made it across the rainbow bridge, he/she is in a better place. People on life support, family members say the same thing.

I don’t begrudge anybody their condolences and the way they express them. People cross a line when they dictate to others what they should say in their condolence messages. Control freaks in wheelchairs deny others their freedom to speak their true feelings? That appears to be the message in the comment section under the title: Reactions to Stephen Hawking’s death slammed as ‘ableist’ — here’s why

Yahoo Lifestyle Erin Donnelly,Yahoo Lifestyle 3.15.2018

This sand storm is a ploy against people without wheelchairs to raise awareness about people with wheelchairs, as well an effort to keep his name in the news, which is both patronizing and exploitive. Pity for people in wheelchairs is not what actual people in wheelchairs want, but that’s what activists for people with disabilities made of his death by focusing on what people should and shouldn’t say and the way they should or shouldn’t say it. Get over it. He’s dead.

Disabled people aren’t any more worthy and have no more integrity than anybody else. Nobody needs a lesson here except the activists trying to exploit the death of Stephen Hawking – for no other reason than he was in a wheelchair.

Geeze, he’s dead and he still can’t get out of that chair, because you won’t let him? You’re in a chair, so you want to keep him in his, even dead? Many of those posting aren’t actually wheelchair bound. I live in a building with people in wheelchairs, lots of them. They don’t talk like that.

Here we go with the social engineering again. The only thing not fake about this story is that he’s dead and his wheelchair is still here without him in it. Poof. He’s free now.

Hispanic vs. Latino: what’s the difference?

HWH: If you’re confused over who is called Hispanic and who is  called Latino you have lots of company. Even those who are Hispanic and/or Latino can’t agree. The comments to this article will leave you even more confused.

Difference between Latin America and Central America

…South America is a geographical entity: the subcontinent or continent south of Central America.

Latin America is a cultural entity: countries in the Americas where a Latin language is spoken (Spanish, Portuguese, French). The geographical notion is very clear: South America ranges from the Panama Isthmus to Cape Horn.

Hispanic vs. Latino: what’s the difference?

AUGUST 7, 2013 by SANDRA FERNANDEZ

Many people use Hispanic and Latino as interchangeable words. They’re not. While there is a huge overlap between the two, they don’t mean the same thing and cannot be used as if they do. This is an easy mistake to make, and I do it myself every once in a while (often from laziness), but it’s important to note the differences.Hispanic refers to language.

Latino refers to geography.Basically, you are Hispanic if you and/or your ancestry come from a country where they speak Spanish. You are Latino if you and/or your ancestry come from a Latin American country.

But wait… isn’t that the same thing?

No, dear friend, it’s not.

Hispanic excludes the nearly 200 million Brazilians who, while accurately labelled Latinos, speak Portuguese. They are Latinos, they are not Hispanic.

Hispanic includes the nearly 50 million Spaniards (population of Spain) who could never be called Latinos.

When picking which one to use you have to know what you’re trying to say. For HispanicHouston.com we used language as the guide, and we ended up with Hispanic instead of Latino. A weird decision if you consider that we also decided not to have the site in Spanish. (But that’s another soapbox for another day.)

So, as a Mexican American, I am Hispanic and Latina. Brazilian Americans are Latinos but not Hispanic. And, Spanish Americans are Hispanic but not Latinos.

Is that clear as mud now?

Mexico is part of North America. Which is part of the Americas.

North America is comprised by:

• Canada

• United States

• Mexico

• Caribbean nations

Just because it has brown people and its poor doesn’t means it’s not in the same zone of the Americas as the United States.

There is no such thing as Middle America, it’s called Central America and it comprises:

• Belize

• Guatemala

• El Salvador

• Costa Rica

• Honuras

• Nicaragua

• Panama

HILL OF CROSSES In Lithuania

Tax-Free Drugs? Why do you allow it?

Send an estimated tax bill to Mexico based on the estimated amount of illegal drugs pumped into the United States for commercial purposes. Make it retroactive.

All politicians in Mexico benefit from the illegal dumping of drugs into the United States. They created the need for a wall, since crime hitches a ride wherever drugs are sent.

Then tax every Central and South American country commensurate with their involvement in the illegal drug trade.

Do it and do it now. Matters are getting worse not better. No action shows weakness.

Leave the American Indian lands alone. That’ll be the only illegal entry door, unless they set up check points. If they don’t want the wall, then let them deal with the drugs and the crime that comes with it. It’s their land.

Turn tobacco fields into marijuana fields. No monopolies or big tobacco squeezing out the Mom and Pop operations.

Politicians need to get out-of-the-way of progress. Marijuana is not a gateway drug. Coffee is. Over the counter pain medications are. Stop the insanity. Focus on hard drugs not soft ones. How many OTC pain meds are sold each year? It appears America is already addicted to OTC drugs. Make them illegal and see what happens. Put your thinking caps on – if you still have one.

Stop letting other countries force us into buying their products via threats of violence. If they want us to buy, then they meet our standards for safety, not theirs.

Politicians are lazy. The only talent they exhibit is their ability to delay till the next election cycle, then it starts all over again – empty promises.

Let’s see how fast you can work. You’re always demanding it of everybody else. Now you’re up. Speedy Gonzalez. Who is that anyway? Ándale! Ándale!
