FACEBOOKS STATS AND PROFILE

HWH COMMENT:

With more than one billion active users on Facebook worldwide, there is no active head of security or head of an advertising program and no mention of the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) that conducts social experiments on Facebook.

Under each category of leadership there was no mention of advertisement nor security. Given that’s how Facebook makes its money, one might think those departments would be reflected in their prospectus. But neither are.

Would you want Mark Zuckerberg to be in charge of the security and privacy of over one billion people around the world, with no government oversight?

“More than one billion people are active on Facebook. More than 100 million people use Instagram every month. Facebook announces new data center in Altoona, Iowa. More than 100 million people use Facebook For Every Phone each month.”

Search and Seizure – Mark Zuckerberg

Where does the FOURTH AMENDMENT stand on unreasonable search and seizure of a person’s private papers and effects? Where does it state, under what provision, amendment, article or law, that ‘we the people’ have privacy rights? When it’s only the government that can be held accountable for violating our privacy rights, then what’s to prevent large corporations or entities from doing it?

That the Central Intelligence Agency has openly stated that they are a part of Facebook conducting social experiments on Facebook members may qualify Facebook as a government institution. In a letter sent to members stating that nobody complained about their presence as justification for them to conduct said experiments and studies [on unsuspecting members] and to continue doing it, seems to me to misinterpret a lack of complaints as agreement with their policies, procedures and methods… Most people are afraid to challenge anything the CIA does – after all they have a long history of threatening people with torture, money loss, family destruction, career bombs and more for questioning their motives regarding anything they do. Like terrorists they are above the law. Next thing you know, your dog dies. Or you get beaten up by a man on a skateboard waiting for you outside your apartment complex.

Fourth Amendment

FOURTH AMENDMENT: AN OVERVIEW

I. INTERESTS PROTECTED

The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides that “[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

The ultimate goal of this provision is to protect people’s right to privacy and freedom from unreasonable intrusions by the government.  However, the Fourth Amendment does not guarantee protection from all searches and seizures, but only those done by the government and deemed unreasonable under the law.

To claim violation of Fourth Amendment as the basis for suppressing a relevant evidence, the court had long required that the claimant must prove that he himself was the victim of an invasion of privacy to have a valid standing to claim protection under the Fourth Amendment.  However, the Supreme Court has departed from such requirement,  issue of exclusion is to be determined solely upon a resolution of the substantive question whether the claimant’s Fourth Amendment rights have been violated, which in turn requires that the claimant demonstrates a justifiable expectation of privacy, which was arbitrarily violated by the government.

In general, most warrantless searches of private premises are prohibited under the Fourth Amendment, unless specific exception applies. For instance, a warrantless search may be lawful, if an officer has asked and is given consent to search; if the search is incident to a lawful arrest; if there is probable cause to search and there is exigent circumstance calling for the warrantless search.  Exigent circumstances exist in situations where a situation where people are in imminent danger, where evidence faces imminent destruction, or prior to a suspect‘s imminent escape.

On the other hand, warrantless search and seizure of properties are not illegal, if the objects being searched are in plain view. Further, warrantless seizure of abandoned property, or of properties on an open field do not violate Fourth Amendment, because it is considered that having expectation of privacy right to an abandoned property or to properties on an open field is not reasonable.

However, in some states, there are some exception to this limitation, where some state authorities have granted protection to open fields.  States can always establish higher standards for searches and seizures protection than what is required by the Fourth Amendment, but states cannot allow conducts that violate the Fourth Amendment.

Where there was a violation of one’s fourth amendment rights by federal officials, A bivens action can be filed against federal law enforcement officials for damages, resulting from an unlawful search and seizure.  Under the Bivens action, the claimant needs to prove that there has been a constitutional violation of the fourth amendment rights by federal officials acting under the color of law.

However, the protection under the Fourth Amendment can be waived if one voluntarily consents to or does not object to evidence collected during a warrantless search or seizure

THE LAST OF SYRIA’S CHEMICAL WEAPONS WERE SHIPPED OUT 23 JUNE 2014 – includes update

“The destruction of Syria’s chemical weapons began on the basis of several international agreements with Syria that stipulated an initial destruction deadline of 30 June 2014. The UN Security Council Resolution 2118 of 27 September 2013 required Syria to assume responsibility for and follow a timeline for the destruction of its chemical weapons and its chemical weapon production facilities. The Security Council resolution bound Syria to the implementation plan presented in a decision of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). On 23 June 2014, the last declared chemical weapons were shipped out of Syria for destruction.[1] The destruction of the most dangerous chemical weapons was performed at sea aboard the Cape Ray, a vessel of the United States Maritime Administration‘s Ready Reserve Force, crewed with U.S. civilian merchant mariners. The actual destruction operations, performed by a team of U.S. Army civilians and contractors, destroyed 600 metric tons of chemical agents in 42 days.[2]

The USA is claiming that President Assad just two days ago used chemical weapons against his own people – 4 April 2017.

President Trump had better be absolutely sure that President Assad was indeed responsible for an alleged chemical attack against civilians in Syria. A thorough investigation needs to be done. Anyone quick to make war decisions based on a video, has an agenda. Last resort is what military intervention is supposed to be.

You can’t say it looks like sarin. You need to be on the ground investigating, proving what it was or what it wasn’t, and who did it or didn’t do it. How do you know what sarin looks like anyway? Have you used it recently in labs against humans to know how they look when they get poisoned?

How could the USA have proof so quickly, without an investigation? This must be taken slowly. Right now anything could have happened. A half a million people are not dead in Syria because the rebels are peaceniks. No matter who did it, somebody saw an opportunity and took it. Desperate people do desperate things – even to the extent of sacrificing their own to get attention. Wrong people get blamed for acts they didn’t commit all the time – especially during war.

Jumping the gun is not going to help anyone.

Right now it’s looking bad for the USA to be encouraging airstrikes in response to an attack against Syrian civilians in a civil war. It looks like the USA had something to do with it when they say they don’t need an investigation. Such a drastic measure requires a thorough unbiased review of all the facts – not conjecture. I don’t think the USA is capable of that, which tells you something about the state of affairs in the military and the CIA.

The last country to have possession of Syria’s chemical weapons was the USA. Better retrace your steps and check to see if all the chemicals were destroyed or if someone held some back.

Stop guessing.

UPDATE: 09-16-2017

NO EVIDENCE THAT ASSAD USED CHEMICAL WEAPONS

EL CHAPO – THIS IS YOUR BRAIN ON DRUGS

FLOWER DESIGN 2

I was watching CNN the other day where different people were talking about El Chapo, the once top drug kingpin, who recently escaped from a maximum security prison in Mexico.

I’m listening to this one guy talk and thought, oh my goodness, it’s like an ad appealing to young men, almost recruiting them to go into the drug business.

It went something like this:

Talking about El Chapo:

‘…a man who has been at the heart of the drug trade industry since the 1970’s…since eight years old taking opium…he was fifteen years old dealing with cocaine…now he’s a billionaire…this is a massively powerful person.’

I’m sure that guy didn’t mean for it to sound the way it sounded, but anybody thinking about a career in the drug trade industry had to take note. Whoa.

Whatever happened to “this is your brain on drugs?” Looks like the drugs didn’t do his brain any harm. Somebody who can be on hard drugs his whole life and amass a billion dollars to where he is a ‘massively powerful person’ had to be thinking with something.

Update: Somebody asked me once, how do you catch a terrorist? I said as I have always said, “I bring them out into the open”.

Sorry Sean Penn, didn’t mean to bring you into this. But as long as Hollywood is CIA controlled, then you knew the risk, and they backed you on it. You’ll be okay.

AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGISTS DESIGN TORTURE PROGRAMS

Washington Post

Inquiry: Psychologists group colluded with Pentagon, CIA on interrogations

By Greg Miller July 10 at 6:37 PM

Leaders of the American Psychological Association secretly collaborated with officials at the Pentagon and CIA to weaken the association’s ethical guidelines and allow psychologists to take part in coercive interrogation programs after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, according to a report released Friday.

The report contains the findings of an investigation led by a former federal prosecutor and appears to represent the most detailed examination to date of the complicity of psychologists in interrogation programs that at times relied on torture.

The probe concluded that the association’s ethics director and others had “colluded with important [Department of Defense] officials to have APA issue loose, high-level ethical guidelines that did not constrain” the Pentagon in its interrogation of terrorism suspects at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The association’s “principal motive in doing so was to align APA and curry favor with DOD.”…read more>

HOMAN SQUARE – HIDDEN TORTURE SITE IN CHICAGO

‘Gestapo’ tactics at US police ‘black site’ ring alarm from Chicago to Washington

  • Shocked politicians and rights groups call for inquiries into Homan Square
  • Rahm Emanuel faces questions as top supporters examine ‘outrageous’ abuse
‘I hadn’t heard of the sort of CIA or Gestapo tactics that were mentioned in the Guardian article until it was brought to my attention,’ Cook County commissioner Richard Boykin said in an interview outside Homan Square. ‘We are calling for the Department of Justice to open an investigation into these allegations.’ Photograph: Chandler West for the Guardian  in New York, and in Chicago and in New York

The US Department of Justice and embattled mayor Rahm Emanuel are under mounting pressure to investigate allegations of what one politician called “CIA or Gestapo tactics” at a secretive Chicago police facility exposed by the Guardian.

Politicians and civil-rights groups across the US expressed shock upon hearing descriptions of off-the-books interrogation at Homan Square, the Chicago warehouse that multiple lawyers and one shackled-up protester likened to a US counter-terrorist black site in a Guardian investigation published this week.

As three more people came forward detailing their stories of being “held hostage” and “strapped” inside Homan Square without access to an attorney or an official public record of their detention by Chicago police, officials and activists said the allegations merited further inquiry and risked aggravating wounds over community policing and race that have reached as high as the White House.

Caught in the swirl of questions around the complex – still active on Wednesday – was Emanuel, the former chief of staff to Barack Obama who is suddenly facing a mayoral runoff election after failing to win a majority in a contest that has seen debate over police tactics take a central role.

Emanuel’s office refused multiple requests for comment from the Guardian on Wednesday, referring a reporter to an unspecific denial from the Chicago police…
