THE LAST OF SYRIA’S CHEMICAL WEAPONS WERE SHIPPED OUT 23 JUNE 2014 – includes update

“The destruction of Syria’s chemical weapons began on the basis of several international agreements with Syria that stipulated an initial destruction deadline of 30 June 2014. The UN Security Council Resolution 2118 of 27 September 2013 required Syria to assume responsibility for and follow a timeline for the destruction of its chemical weapons and its chemical weapon production facilities. The Security Council resolution bound Syria to the implementation plan presented in a decision of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). On 23 June 2014, the last declared chemical weapons were shipped out of Syria for destruction.[1] The destruction of the most dangerous chemical weapons was performed at sea aboard the Cape Ray, a vessel of the United States Maritime Administration‘s Ready Reserve Force, crewed with U.S. civilian merchant mariners. The actual destruction operations, performed by a team of U.S. Army civilians and contractors, destroyed 600 metric tons of chemical agents in 42 days.[2]

The USA is claiming that President Assad just two days ago used chemical weapons against his own people – 4 April 2017.

President Trump had better be absolutely sure that President Assad was indeed responsible for an alleged chemical attack against civilians in Syria. A thorough investigation needs to be done. Anyone quick to make war decisions based on a video, has an agenda. Last resort is what military intervention is supposed to be.

You can’t say it looks like sarin. You need to be on the ground investigating, proving what it was or what it wasn’t, and who did it or didn’t do it. How do you know what sarin looks like anyway? Have you used it recently in labs against humans to know how they look when they get poisoned?

How could the USA have proof so quickly, without an investigation? This must be taken slowly. Right now anything could have happened. A half a million people are not dead in Syria because the rebels are peaceniks. No matter who did it, somebody saw an opportunity and took it. Desperate people do desperate things – even to the extent of sacrificing their own to get attention. Wrong people get blamed for acts they didn’t commit all the time – especially during war.

Jumping the gun is not going to help anyone.

Right now it’s looking bad for the USA to be encouraging airstrikes in response to an attack against Syrian civilians in a civil war. It looks like the USA had something to do with it when they say they don’t need an investigation. Such a drastic measure requires a thorough unbiased review of all the facts – not conjecture. I don’t think the USA is capable of that, which tells you something about the state of affairs in the military and the CIA.

The last country to have possession of Syria’s chemical weapons was the USA. Better retrace your steps and check to see if all the chemicals were destroyed or if someone held some back.

Stop guessing.

NO EVIDENCE THAT ASSAD USED CHEMICAL WEAPONS

Which Intestines for Food and Cosmetics?

The FDA appears to have caved in to industry pressure in allowing intestines potentially infected with mad cow disease prions into food products and lipstick.

Below is an approximation of this video’s audio content. To see any graphs, charts, graphics, images, and quotes to which Dr. Greger may be referring, watch the above video.

The Food and Drug Administration recently reopened comments about their policy of allowing some intestines, but not others, into the U.S. food supply. When the first few cases of mad cow disease started popping up, the FDA’s gut reaction was to ban all guts from food and personal care products. But, in 2005, USDA and FDA amended their draft rule to “permit the use of the entire small intestine for human food” if the last 80 uncoiled inches going to the colon was removed. Since then, though, studies have shown that infectious mad cow prions can be found throughout all parts of the intestine, from the stomach down to the cow’s colon—raising the question of whether all entrails should again be removed.

The North American Meat Association says no, wanting to keep cattle insides inside the food supply, similar to what we heard from the CTFA—the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association. They protested that by banning from cosmetics downer and dead cattle, as well as “brain, skull, eyes, [and] spinal cords,” as well as “intestine[s] and tonsils,” our nation’s supply of cosmetics could be put in jeopardy. There could be a tallow shortage for soap, for example. The FDA may not realize that cosmetics and personal care products are a quarter-trillion dollar industry worldwide.

In the end, the FDA tentatively concluded that intestines should continue to be allowed in the food and cosmetic supply, because only trace amounts of infectivity have been found throughout the bowels of cattle—a conclusion they have to make, since, otherwise, all meat would have to be banned as well, because new research shows that mad cow infectivity is in the muscles, too. And, not just the atypical cases of BSE, like the last mad cow found in California, but now we know, the typical BSE as well—bovine spongiform encephalopathy (mad cow disease). Low levels of infectious prions have been found in the ribs, shoulders, tenderloins, sirloin tips, and round cuts of meat.

The latest estimates out of Britain suggest 15,000 people are currently incubating the human form of mad cow disease, contracted through the consumption of infected meat. Fewer than 200 Brits have died so far of variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, but the incubation period for this invariably fatal neurodegenerative disease can be decades—the time between eating the meat, and one’s brain filling up with holes…

ANIMAL JUSTICE BILLBOARDS MAKE VIEWERS THINK – video

HWH Comment: I don’t know if the response would be the same in the USA. Canadians seem to be in general more sensitive, caring, polite people. Maybe that’s a stereotype, but I am part Canadian and that has been my observation, however limited.

Definitely give it a try in America. Every major city – frankly any town too! Why not use the billboard as a teaching tool – a change the world tool? If they can’t go to a slaughterhouse, then bring the slaughterhouse to them.

Americans focus on organic. Screw the animal – as long as it’s grass fed before it gets slaughtered, their conscience is clear.
