Sounds like Britain has the colonizing blues. They’re always looking for a new frontier, especially after withdrawing from the European Union. The European Union acted more like socialism, trying to level the playing field of all nations, which means it held some nations back. Not good for competitive business.
So, if we become a Commonwealth Nation we’ll have a queen?
So, if we becomes a Commonwealth Nation we’ll have a queen? Who needs a queen? Isn’t a president cumbersome enough?
Where does that place our freedoms, when Britain has the highest tax structures of most nations?
Will our Constitution be the same? Our Bill of Rights with all its amendments be the same? Or will all be re-written to support a Monarchy tied to England? What a task.
I say NO. Keep America, America.
Where does that leave all the Spanish inhabitants in America, who are aspiring for a more socialistic government? Infuse socialism too? What a task.
Canada is considering closing/securing their borders, since many Spanish are immigrating from South of the Border to Canada.
Maybe Canada wants to be a democracy and severe ties with Britian’s Monarchy? Ever think of that President Trump?
