Lame ducks go with the group, sticking close by those ducks who are stronger than the lame.
There is no one stronger than President Obama is – in all of congress, in all of the senate.
When the congress and senate refuse to listen to the needs and the will of the populace, because of their own personal business and political interests, it becomes the duty of the president to act unilaterally in the interest of the populace thus in defense of the nation.
President Obama is not a lame duck. A lame duck would get a sympathy vote.
